According to the news obtained from Igbere Tv, Shahu was Burnt Alive In Sokoto For Allegedly Insulting Prophet Muhammad 
A female student of Shehu Shagari College of Education in Sokoto, identified with a name Shahu was this morning beaten and burnt to death over alleged religious blasphemy.

The school authorities have subsequently shut down the institution indefinitely over the sad incident.
