Mazi Nnamdi Kanu Gradually On Way To Total Freedom – Ezeife
Former Governor of Anambra state, Dr. Chukwuemeka Ezeife, has reacted on the Court’s removal of 8 out of 15 count terrorism charges levelled against IPOB leader, MAZI NNAMDI KANU by federal governmet of Nigeria.
Ezeife is optimistic that the leader of Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, will gradually walk out of detention, based on the outcome of Friday’s proceedings in Abuja High court.
Speaking with Vanguard in a telephone chat on Friday, Ezeife said; “if Kanu was standing trial on a 15-counts charge and eight of the charge were struck out for lack of merit, do you think the rest of the charges can stand the test of time? Of course not”.
Ezeife urged those he described as lovers of freedom to remain calm and allow justice to run its natural course as it concerned Kanu’s trial.
