Buhari Vows Not To Release IPOB Leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, Says “He Must Defend Himself In Abuja Court”

The assumed president of Nigeria, Mohammadu Buhari has vowed never to relaese the leader of the Indigenous People Of Biafra(IPOB), Mazi Nnamdi Kanu because he turned down the offer presented to him by the Federal Government of Nigeria.
Buhari Described Kanu as an inconsequential being whose stubbornness will never allow him to regain his freedom politically, stating that since he has rejected the offer given to him as the political solution for his unconditional release, he must pass through law and defend himself of the charges leveled against him by the Nigerian authority. According to him:
“Since he is not ready for political Solution offered to him by his concerned Igbo brothers, we are giving him an opportunity to defend himself in our system. He can’t abuse us from Europe and go scot free as if he is not a Nigerian. Let him come here with us and then criticize us here. Nigerians know that I don’t interfere with the judiciary, let him be listened to. But those who are saying that he should be released unconditionally, no, we cannot release him.”
