“Buhari Led Administration Must Tender An Unreserved Apology To IPOB Leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu” ~ Justice Benson Anya

The Abia State High Court Has On Wednesday, 19th Of January 2022, Ordered The Buhari Led Administration To Tender An Unreserved Apology To Leader Of The Indigenous People Of Biafra(IPOB), MAZI NNAMDI KANU, Over The Unlawful Invasion Of His Hometown By Nigerian Military In 2017. The Chief Justice Of The Court, Benson Anya Made This Pronouncement After He Ruled In Favour Of IPOB Leader On Wednesday 19th. However, This News Was Made Public On Twitter By Kanu’s Lawyer, Barrister Aloy Ejimakor Who Was Present At The Court As His Legal Representative. According To Him:

“It is the view of this Court that the Army set out as pythons to TERMINATE the life of Nnamdi KANU. The military invasion of his home at Afaraukwu Ibeku is so notorious that this Court cannot turn a blind eye to it. Kanu deserves an apology & compensation and The FG must follow the court’s ruling ” -Justice Benson Anya
